Information connected with your interactions

Depending on your interaction with the Site, information you provide may include:

• Contact and order details: your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, and the products or services you request.
• Payment-related details: information required by the payment method you choose and records relating to payment status, refunds, or disputes.

Automatically collected visit information: WooCommerce order-attribution cookies record traffic source or referral information, entry and current page URLs, visit timing, session page counts and browser user-agent information. Requests to load the Site and external resources expose technical connection and request information, such as an IP address and browser headers, to the hosting or resource provider.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by email or in a support message.

Order and support purposes

Information associated with an order or enquiry is used to respond to the request, administer the purchase, coordinate dispatch and delivery, and address customer-service issues. Relevant records may also be needed to address payment disputes, prevent misuse, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

WooCommerce order attribution uses visit-source and session information to identify how visitors reach the store and, when an order is placed, attribute its source.

Service providers and disclosures

Fulfilling an order can require information to be provided to parties involved in payment, hosting, order administration, and transport. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.

The Site loads Hostinger Reach’s external form-embedding script from cdn-reach.hostinger.com, so a visitor’s browser makes a request to that provider for the script. The script initializes on the Site. This external request exposes connection and request metadata to Hostinger. Loading the script does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Cookies can support store functions such as maintaining a shopping cart or session. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies can affect store functions.

The Site also uses first-party WooCommerce Sourcebuster attribution cookies: sbjs_current, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_migrations, sbjs_udata and sbjs_session. The first six are session cookies; sbjs_session has a rolling approximately 30-minute expiry. WooCommerce also uses cart-related local and session storage.

Records and security

Retention requirements can differ between order records, payment records, and customer correspondence. Applicable legal obligations and unresolved transactions or disputes can affect how long a record needs to be kept. Contact Riggmont with questions about information relating to you.

No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in your communications.
