30-day returns

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns of new and slightly used products. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns, including change-of-mind, damaged and defective products. Riggmont provides a prepaid return label to download and print at no cost. There is no deduction for original outbound shipping.

Contact Riggmont for return instructions and the correct return destination before shipping anything back. Returns are accepted by mail/carrier only; in-store returns and drop-offs are not accepted. The Colorado business address is not a return warehouse.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund currency: USD.

How to request a return

Email returns@riggmont.com or call us with your order number, checkout email, the product you wish to return and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct destination.

Damaged deliveries

Report delivery damage immediately by emailing or calling support. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs where available. Retain relevant packaging to help us assess the issue. This reporting instruction does not automatically remove your rights if a report is delayed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered. Email returns@riggmont.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange so we can provide instructions.

Cancellations

Cancellation is free before shipment. Contact Riggmont as soon as you want to cancel. If your order has shipped, contact us for return instructions.
