Shipping throughout the United States

Free shipping on all orders to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Total delivery time is 7–11 business days: handling takes 2–3 business days, followed by 5–8 business days in transit.

Liftgate service and carrier unloading are included at no extra charge.

Returns and exchanges

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns of new and slightly used products. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns, including change-of-mind, damaged and defective products. Riggmont provides a prepaid return label to download and print at no cost. There is no deduction for original outbound shipping.

Contact Riggmont for return instructions and the correct return destination before shipping anything back. Returns are accepted by mail/carrier only; in-store returns and drop-offs are not accepted. The Colorado business address is not a return warehouse.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund currency: USD.

Exchanges are offered. Email returns@riggmont.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange so we can provide instructions.
